Following a fantastic day and evening st St James’s Park, we were awarded ‘Best Newcomer’ at the first Bradstone Assured Awards.

On Friday 24 January 2014, Bradstone held their first National Conference for Bradstone Assured Installers, ‘The World at Our Feet’, at St George’s Park in Burton Upon Trent; the event gave them the opportunity to promote the upcoming year for the Bradstone Assured scheme, and share their excitement for what 2014 holds.

Hosted by TV personality Ben Shephard of Sky Sports fame, the day was kicked off with some words from Bradstone’s Sales Director Mike Leeming, during which we heard about their plans for 2014 as well as how important the Bradstone Assured scheme is to them. Mike said, “the event is a fantastic opportunity for you to not only enjoy what this venue has got to offer, but also to meet all of our team at Bradstone and find out a lot more about what we’re doing in the landscaping market”.

Mike Leeming, Sales Director at Bradstone, says: “It was wonderful to present the first Bradstone Assured Awards to our deserving installers. As well as celebrating the skills and experience of our installers, it was a great opportunity to share best practise amongst members and all at the end of a cracking national conference event.

“Bradstone is focused on innovative design, product quality and customer service in order to support our landscapers in delivering creative excellence for their clients. 2014’s Bradstone Assured award winners are just a handful of examples of the fantastic work our members are doing. We are really looking forward to next year’s awards already!”

Judges’ comments: “Andrew’s use of our restoration sandstone was so impressive we used it in Bradstone’s 2014 brochure. In addition, his application of our StoneMaster block paving was certainly fit for royalty in Paul Hervey-Brookes’ RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2013 garden.”
